To purchase from SaveOnIT, you will need to register as a customer . This can be done instantly via our register now link. SaveOnIT reserves the right to terminate any accounts that are in breach of our website terms and conditions.
Orders placed on this website will be processed by our sales team in the most efficient manner. If, for whatever reason, you do not receive a feedback on your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars. Errors will be corrected when discovered and SaveOnIT reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuraccies or omissions including after an order has been submitted. If you have already been charged for a purchase but your order is cancelled, you will be issued a refund to your card, or bank account.
Items are shipped Monday to Friday except public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders are not binding until payment has been accepted and verified. If items fail to perform as described, please first check with the manufacturer for the full operating requirments or please contact our service technician for more information.
Payment for orders
There are three forms of payment accepted at SaveonIT. We accept direct deposit (payment clearance required prior to dispatch. Usually between 1~2 working days), Paypal or credit cards.

For orders placed on items not currently in stock, a backorder can still be placed. We will contact you with an ETA and the goods will automatically be dispatched wthen first available. Placing a backorder on certain New Product or in demand product is already recommended as it allows you first allocation when stock first arrive. For payment by direct deposit, please use the Invoice number as the payment reference. Please also send remittance detail to email@example.com to avoid any delay in getting your order dispatched.

While we aim to provide the most up to date & accurate product information, we do not warrant or provide any guarantee to the accuracy of the product description or specification. Please check with us prior to purchase if you have specific needs or requirement. All pricing are subjected to change without notice. SaveOnIT Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders that are submitted with incorrect pricing or with unavailable stock. You will always be notified in advance in these rare occurrences.

SaveonIT is not responsible for changes of a product's physical appearance or specifications because products are continually revised by manufacturers. We suggest you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you require us to check certain requirements.
In the rare event if you received a product that is not of the advertised specification, please contact SaveOnIT for a return. A credit or refund will only be issued if the product is deemed to have been advertised incorrectly and the product is returned in original condition within 7 days of purchase.

Stock Qty on our website is the current physical stock that is available in our or warehouse or supplier's warehouse at the time of data upload. The data is updated twice daily as we have new shipments arriving everyday. We will attempt to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible and you will be contacted in the event of any product being unavailable from your order.

Refer to Warranties & Returns for more details. Unless otherwise specified, all products come with the standard 12 months return to base warranty. Please call the relevant manufacturer to find out any additional product warranty before returning an item. Out of Warranty returns may be subject to a $15 administration fee.
Please be aware that a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number is only a right to send the product back to SaveOnIT. It does not guarantee the product is eligible (e.g. out of warranty/physical damage) for repair or replacement.
An RMA number must be displayed when returning any items back to SaveOnIT. We reserve the right to refuse any warranty claim if the incorrect product/RMA is provided. If you have any further queries with regards to warranty claim please contact email@example.com
For products under warranty, the customer pays shipping to SaveOnIT and SaveOnIT pays for return shipment. Customer pays both ways for products that are out of warranty or incorrectly sent. None defective returns within 14 days of purchase is eligible for return provided that the product is still unopened and in a resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee will apply in these circumstances.
Please note that no return will be accepted for software or licensing products. Please check your purchase carefully prior to checkout.
Due to the vast amount of products that we carry, SaveOnIT is not able to offer in-depth technical information on products. These enquiries are best directed to the manufacturer.
