Q:  Do you have stock of RTX5080 / RTX5090 Video card?

Due to the extreme shortages, all RTX5080 & RTX5090 are currently out of stock and on allocation queue.   The order of allocation will be based on the time that the order has been received.

Q.  How many orders are currently in the queue?

The number of orders currently in the queue will vary depending on the model and are constantly changing.   The shortest queue does not necessarily mean earlier allocation.   Some models are extremely limited and may have small qty incoming or none at all for serveral weeks.   We recommend placing a backorder for your preferred model.   If you are willing to accept different models, please contact us via email and we will place you in a queue for other models if left unallocated.

Q.  How do I find out about the ETA of my backorder?

Our team will reach out to you as soon as we have information from vendors on the incoming stock.   Unfortuntely we are not provided with the allocated Qty until they are shipped so it will be difficult for us to provide a firm ETA at this stage.    As more stock arrives over the next few weeks, we will have better clarity and will be able to provide more accurate ETA.

Q.  Will my backorder be cancelled?

In the case of shortage extending beyond reasonable period, we will attempt to offer an alternative where possible.   If there is no ETA and no other alternatives available, we will have no choice but to cancel & provide a full refund.   We do apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Q.  Can I cancel my backorder if I secure allocation elsewhere?

Yes.  A backorder can be cancelled anytime prior to the order being shipped.

It is difficult to provide an accurate ETA due to limited information provided by the vendors.  Below are the current estimated lead time based on historic received stock.    This is for non-specific model and only and for customers wishing to join the open queue:
